Where do you put it and what is the intended effect?
Is Stila's a good one?What is liquid luminizer and is stila's any good?
You can either use luminizers in specific places, like the top of your cheekbone, or you can mix it in with your foundation for an all over glow. Stila's luminizer is good, but I prefer Benefit High Beam - it is easy to apply from the package directly (it has a small paint brush like applicator) and also mixes well with foundation.
