Sephora sells it. At this point, I'm pretty sure they're the only store at Valley Fair that does. Where do they have stila eyeshadow?
i use stila make up and you can get it at sephora
No clue what stores there have it, but I'm pretty sure Sephora (out of New York) has it and if you go online they can ship it to you...
