yes if you put it on right...don't have any oily stuff on your body first so it won't slide off and let it dry well before you dress.Is STILA ALL OVER SHIMMER really stays for a long time?
Don't know what kind of shimmer you mean, but I use Abnes B apricot under foundation or powder (creamy/glowie), and Benefit Georgia peach light powder, followed with the AMAZING Too Faced/Snow Bunny Subtly Kissed Bronzing Powder ... available in 2 colors (Yummy, does it shimmer? YES. Does it stay on? Oh, YES-YES ... I love it!)
