I don't know what you pay for the one you are using but I use Bare Minerals and it works really good. It is $18.00 but well worth it. Here is a link that has information about it and all the shades it comes in ..

plump your lips the easy and yet cheap way..... apply concealer around the outside of your lipline and blend, trace your lips with lipliner (your color choice) fill in the whole area of your lips lightly with the lipliner, take a lip brush and brush on some lipsgloss, and than if you like dab some sparkle lipgloss in the middle of your bottom lip, This will make your lips look fuller
