The urban decay ia sooo much better! It goes on really smooth and lasts all day!
I found that the Stila eyeliner didnt go on well at all, and didnt last very long!

Stila did not work for me, at all.
I really like Urban Decays 24/7, it went on much easier, and stayed on much longer.
