i just bought it today after comparing it to HIP cream eyeliner and jane gel liner. it was cakey at sephora but i think thats just cuz people use it without closing the lid very tight. anyone experience drying out?Do stila smudge pots dry out?
with any cream product it will dry out eventually. it is more dry at sephora because of the lid not being on correctly.. you really cannot base the product entirely on the testers. it is very smooth and moist. it will dry out after a few months.. mine did in 4.

ive had mine for about 3 months and it hasnt dried at all, its exactly like the day i bought it. the only thing you shoudl watch out for is to make sure you wash the brush you use with it regularly, i forgot for about a week and after that every time i used the brush old eyeliner would cake off and irritate my eye.
its a great product though!!!
