Are Stila Smudge Pots good quality?

I want to get one to use as a cream eyeshadow and cream eyeliner. Is it long-lasting and not really creasey/smudgey (yes, I know they are Stila SMUDGE Pots, but what I mean is that does the shadow go all over your face)?

they don't go all over your face but u do have to reapply after about 6hours...however i avoid this by putting a tiny bit of translucent powder over my eyeshadow...hope i helped!!Are Stila Smudge Pots good quality?
