Stila beauty products?

I will buying new makeup soon, but I don't want to buy different products from different brands. I want to have the same brand of everything. I was thinking of getting Stila makeup, but I have never used it before. Is it a good brand? Would you recommend it? If not, which brand do you think is best? Thanks!Stila beauty products?
They have very cute colors in their palettes. If you have any questions about their products you can always go to Sephora and they will help you with your selections. I usually only splurge in eyeliner and eye shadows. Because they stay forever and I love the colors. I honestly don't think that there is one brand out there that excels when it comes to every product. Every brand has weak products. If I had to choose one brand that I favour I would say Cargo. I find that they offer the best overall value and, for the most part, outstanding products.

I dont see why not... Mary Kay has a GREAT tinted moisturizer! I just use a kabuki brush and a powder to set it...

Is Stila a good brand of makeup?

I am currently using Smashbox products and don't like them very much. Currently, I'm using the id BareMinerals foundation and stuff and I LOVE it. A friend of mine uses Stila and highly recommended it. I have heard mixed reviews, so I was wondering what you thought of it. Also, I need a nice mascara. Currently, I'm using Maybelline XXL and it's okay, but I want a really nice mascara that works really well. THANX!!Is Stila a good brand of makeup?
There is no one godlike makeup -- you'll have to pick and choose what products you like from each brand no matter what.





I personally think Stila is a high quality brand and not ungodly expensive. I like their eyeshadows and consider them pro quality. Everyone has different reactions and opinions to brands but I know a lot of pro artists who do use some Stila -- so its not junky makeup.





As far as mascara I love Maybelline Great Lash -- I think it gives DiorShow a run for its money. At Walmart you can get 2 for 1 right now so its like 1.50 a tube....You cant beat that! I sometimes run a little mini comb through my eyelashes afterwards to separate the occasional glob (but that happens with any mascara). I think a lot of people have sworn by this variety for years.Is Stila a good brand of makeup?
I have a stila lip gloss and its nothing great.I really like maybelline and L'Oreal.Its cheap and the product is great.There is a variety.I think Benefit Bad Girl Mascara is great.

I did the exact same thing and had smashbox for years and liked them but when i got stila products they were AWESOME, you should try their lipstick. And need to try max factors mascara i like it better than spending 50 bucks on the same exact thing!
I love their make-up. They have nice products. I would suggest Maybelieve mascara and maybe some MAC that you could get in the mall.
stila is great. i use a mascara by stila and i love it. it doesnt clump your lashes and looks great. it is a great brand.





bare minerals also is a phenominal brand. they make mascara and everything else too. try a bare essentials store or sephora. all their stuff is great.





if you want something a little more affordable try looking at loreal in the drugstore. it is made by the same people as lancome which you can find in the mall only it's waaaaay cheaper. my mom uses a mascara by them and she swears by it.
I like stilla's lipcolors but not the eyeshadows. they just don;t last long enough. I prefer using Lorac and cover girl shadows.





Mabeline Great lash is the best for a value.

MAC is good for bold, high pigment colours and eyeliners. They have awesome matte lipsticks.

Mac is too expensive, and it tests on animals. I don't know if that means anything to you, but it should. Bare Escentuals all the way, it is absolutely a life saver. Amazing foundation, bronzer, blush, and eye shadow.Stila lip gloss is the best.
All of these are really good brands. I love Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals foundation. MAC has really awesome colors and there pigments are great. Stila on the other hand is a bit more neutral. Stila has great lipgloss.

I have tried Laura Mercier and Chanel lipstick. On the whole I didn't find Chanel's lasted too long. I have liked Laura Mercier's champagne colour - it is a colour that I find excellent for daily use and lasts reasonably well. Have you considered going to a store where they sell the products and asking one of the counter girls to do your lips? You can then see for yourself whether the colour suits and if it is fit for purpose. You may need to do a couple of visits before you can compare.
I tried Chanel about a year ago, it personally wasn't for me (I break out over weird things)....but it did taste amazing, which is good for those who lick their lips alot. The packaging on the lipstick I bought was cute too!

I love stila especially the convertible color and lip glosses, they have some of the best lip glosses ive tried, theyre not sticky and they come in a wide variety of colors, for all people of all skin tones. The tinted moisturizer is also wonderful, its light but gives a sheer hint of color: perfect for hot summer days. I also suggest the eyeshadow in ';kitten'; its their most famous color, it looks great on anyone. The price may be a little intimidating but the products are well worth the money.

Yes, I have a few blushes and the lip glosses. I love the IT Glosses and the other set of lip glosses and my fav is the one called Vanilla.
Stila is amazing! One of the best lines out there. Great eyeshadows, blushes, lip products. I love love love their Lip Glaze and convertible color. You must try them!

i have used both lancome and stila foundation. i think stila by far has a better foundation and it does help reduce the oil my face produces. (btw i also have oily skin.) what i found helps a lot more is when you put primer before your foundation. I have tried sephora, bare escentuals, and smashbox's primer in light and original. i prefer smashbox original. that keeps my foundation looking nice and matte all day and night.





as for eyeliner, i think clinique has some killer ones, especially the quickliner for eyes. what i dont like about that eyeliner is that it runs out too fast and it doesnt have great staying power. makeup forever's aqua eyes are the best i have tried so far. they dont smudge or budge, but its hard to wash off. youll need lots of makeup remover and youre kind of screwed if you lined your waterline. i suggest you hop into the shower after using makeup forever.

I haven't used the plumping one before but I have used the regular ones. I have them in Fruit Punch and Grapefruit. The Grapefruit one is pretty sheer, so I think it will look good over a nude lipstick. The lip glaze is also very sticky, so if sticky glosses aren't your thing, don't bother buying it. Also, the glaze takes a very long time to come out of the tube. If it's your first time using it, you may have to click 15-20 time to dispense the gloss. After that, 6-7 clicks should suffice.





But then again, the glaze smells wonderful and looks really good on your lips. It's also very light so you won't feel like there's a layer of plastic on your lips.

I think both of them are pretty good. For myself I use Smashbox's waterproof jet black cream eyeliner and it's amazing. For the best selection of colours I would have to suggest MAC.
i've have the stila smudge pot, and if that whole thing is for you, then go aheadd. i don't personally like it, it's too much like a shadow for me, and it wipes away really easily.





i do have friends who have the fluidline, and they love it. i've tried it, and it doesn't smudge too eaily, so i'd recommend the fluidline.

I Think smashbox is better and it's cheaper as well. I bought the master class set which came w/ an instructional DVD. After watching it, I became inspired to learn the art of make up. Stila is great too I worked @ sephora so I got to use many brands of makeup, But smashbox gets my vote.
Good question- I would have a hard time if I were you too. But, as I am a Stila AND Smashbox user, I would say that Smashbox is way better. It warms to the tone of your skin and makes you feel confident. Who wouldn't want that?

stila tends to smudge easily, tho i havent set it with a powder before either.

My stila smudge pot is fairly new but i think is dry, any tips on 'reviving'?read about melting+mixing water.

Mine is dry too ... I tried water but it hasn't worked. I am going to try a mixture of water and glycerin (like MAC's mixing medium). I hope it works .... Also have you checked out Benefit's Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow and Liner? It is amazing! I have 5 and they are perfectly creamy.

I've heard good things about Laura Mercier. Make Up Forever Face and Body Foundation is so sheer and yet covers better than tinted moisturizers. You could try that. It lasts all day and looks like a second skin. Really good stuff for better coverage than a tinted moisturizer but very similar.Leaves a dewy finish that isn't sticky looks natural.

Stila cherry crush is an actual lip stain (it already has a color, but it's sheer so it can look different on different people) while o-gloss is clear and changes color when applied. I tried both at sephora and preferred the cherry crush. My lips are naturally pigmented and the o-gloss just looked like a clear gloss. Also, I like cherry crush's application better because it has the click-turn and the gloss comes up through the brush tip, o gloss is just the squeeze tube with a hole in the top. Pkus, cherry crush can be used on cheeks too.

In my opinion, it is more watery. It is not a lip gloss, it is a lip stain and a cheek stain. It is filled with lots of antioxidants and stuff that is good for you. It makes your lips super red ( maybe more red than you want)





Smashbox o-Gloss :


It is ';glossier'; because it is a lip gloss not a lip stain. It is more sheer than the Stila Cherry Crush but it is also packed with antioxidants.

If you want to use a good make up brand and have the money to invest then I will recommend Jane Iredale. It has a great variety of colors and it's very good for your skin too. If you are just looking for a good professional brand name but not too expensive then I will go for NYX Cosmetics. The colors are very hot and youthful. You can invest less than $50 and get a bunch of all the basics plus some cool extras and best of all, it's all professional make up.

NYX Cosmetics has no stores in Australia but they're lunching stores everywhere in the US so maybe they will go international soon. Out of the choices you gave, I would say that Stila is the best. I like MAC eye shadows and lip colors, but their foundations and concealers are clay based which really will clog your pores and cause blemishes if you have sensitive skin. Also you should know that the expensive make isn't always the best. There are some nice make ups out there that you can find at like target or walmart. they do the same thing but for a whole heck of a lot less. hope this helps
MAC for color products (eye shadow, liner, lip color). The colors are beautiful and have a lot of pigment so they are worth the extra money they cost. They also have really great brushes. I do not like their foundations though, they are too yellow and made my break outs worse.

Having trouble using Stila's double ended eyeshadow brush #30?

I don't get it. The brush I got from longs seems to work better. The large end of the brush is okay, but doesn't pick up as much product as I would like, and doesn't seem to distribute it evenly. The contour end just draws a thin, sharp line! What could I be doing wrong? I'm using it with Stila's eyeshadows, which I love, but it just isn't working. if it draws a thin sharp line you shouldn't use it for contouring. use it for lining your eyes instead.

i like stila a lot, not just trying to agree with you. they have really good quality make-up and have the best colors. i love their lip glazes where you roll the bottom and it comes off the brush.. its practically the best invention ever

LOVE lovelove. so much love. i am in love with their eyeshadow and their smudge pots (i have the bronze one). best eyeliner i have ever used. the lipglaze is really pretty, but a little heavy for me for everyday use. my hair gets stuck to it... haha. also, i just bought the major lash mascara, which i have to admit isn't my all time favorite. there's nothing bad about it, but it doesn't give me the huge lashes i like by itself. i use it over my other mascara though, and the combo is fantastic =]

Stila is an amazing line of makeup products. I use them on my clients all the time. Sometimes I think the eye shadows tend to be too glittery, but still love Stila.

I have oily eyelids, and LONG lashes and this happens to me as well. you need to set the area with concealer and powder and it should help. Thats all I do, and it works for me...
Also, make sure that the mascara has fully dried fully before you bat your lashes, etc.

Problem with Stila Lip Glaze?

I just recently purchases the Stila Lip Glaze Trio from ULTA and the gloss smells kind of waxy like crayons. Should i throw them away ? I just bought them so i don't think they expired.Problem with Stila Lip Glaze?
Chances are they have gone bad. Stila lipglazes are suposed to smell like whatever flavor they are, if they get a crayon-like smell, thats a sign it's gone bad. Stila lip products are also known to go bad pretty fast, I would return them if I were you.Problem with Stila Lip Glaze?
Some glosses have a smell - I noticed that my Clinique ones have a smell but I LOVE the colors and the smell goes away in minutes after applying so it doesn't bother me.
They've definitely gone bad. I'd get my money back and go to Sephora or a Stila counter.
They should be fine. Most lip glosses and lip products do have wax in them, so it is not a sign of the lip gloss going bad. They are fine.

you know, there is so much hype about them and they were one of the best sellers when i was working at sephora, but i wasnt all that impressed. i find them to be much stickier than a lot of other lines. theyre also kind of a rip off. 20 bucks for a lip gloss?! the gloss i am in love with right now is actually by cover girl, so if you try that instead itll save ya some coinage. its called amazemint lip gloss and it has peppermint in it that feels cool and tingly and freshens breath and the colors are actually really beautiful (theres a pinky-purple one that looks good on literally everyone)

with any cream product it will dry out eventually. it is more dry at sephora because of the lid not being on correctly.. you really cannot base the product entirely on the testers. it is very smooth and moist. it will dry out after a few months.. mine did in 4.

ive had mine for about 3 months and it hasnt dried at all, its exactly like the day i bought it. the only thing you shoudl watch out for is to make sure you wash the brush you use with it regularly, i forgot for about a week and after that every time i used the brush old eyeliner would cake off and irritate my eye.

The Mac Isnt Dramatic At all. I Have It And Its Brilliant. if you still want to buy the stila smudge pot, i'd reccommend buying a primer aswell as ive never had it and if it smudges alot then a primer should keep it in place. Good Luck. =)

If you want an eyeliner that will stay all day without any movement, I recommend L'oreal H.I.P's Color Truth Cream Liner. I have it in black, and though my eyeshadow and mascara flake and wear away by the end of the day, my eyeliner is still on and very vibrant. If you're worried about intensity or drama, different brushes can help to achieve different looks. A small lip brush or angled eyeshadow brush can provide you with a super thin line.

for the face, use Stila. MAC powders and foundation tend to look heavy and cakey because its mostly used for photoshoots

Stila, they have so many more fun products and I think their products make the skin look better. Their products let the skin look more natural and dewey, instead of the ';heavier'; matte look, which I think is more Mac.





My favorite Stila product is: Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15. This makes skin look beautiful!! (This is what Izzy and others wear on Grey's Anatomy, haha.)

My favorite MAC shadow is Clarity. It's a really vibrant blue. It's so bright and I love it!





My favorite Benefit product is brow zings. You put them on your brows and they fill them in nicely. It works great. It even makes your brows look great when it's time for a wax. I also like the Lust Duster in Punk Royalty.

I have the black smudge pot and I just use a lipliner brush... its the perfect size and easier to manager than the expensive eye liner brushes they tell you to buy. I've been studying the art of makeup for about 10 years and the biggest tip I can give you is that you have to experiment and use the tools that work best for your face. Yeah you can, their ';special brush'; is just the same as any other you can buy at a drug store. It's just another gimmic so they can take more of your money.





Personally, if I were you I'd stop buying Stila.

I used to wear Mac--it's too cakey. Stay away. Try Make-Up Forever's New High Def foundation. It's the same price. Go to sephora and they'll match your skin tone!! They ahve so many shades. I use Mac makeup and I have acne. Mac makeup is OK but it made my acne act up more. So I use the stuff from a drug store and it works pretty well. The thing about Mac is after you use it you must wash your face well. If you leave it on it will cause bacteria to form on your face. Sounds gross, but I found that out soon after using the product. Also, you could try an all natural face wash for afterwards.





I still use mac sometimes but the stuff you buy at the store is a lot better and cheaper.
I don't wear Stila,I only wear Mac. I love it, its the best makeup I have ever used. I am not sure how to answer your question, I would just tell you to goto a MAC counter, or MAC store and sit down and they will try a couple different shades on you and find your exact color. You could also try bringing in your stila foundation and try to have them match it that way.

No, unfortunately I have had no luck in getting the duos into my Stila 8-pan palette. They're just a wee bit too big, because they are two separate pieces. You'll have to decide for yourself. I use Bare Minerals, but it's not for everyone. The powders make a huge mess if you spill them, and the swirl/tap/buff technique takes some getting used to. On the plus side, Bare Minerals has definitely improved and healed my skin, and even though it costs $25.00, you get so much it lasts a whole year. Tinted moisturizer isn't worth the money, and I definitely would not purchase Stila or Clinique or any other department store brand. The quality isn't any better than a drugstore one. They are basically foundation with a little face cream in them, so you can mix your own if you want or purchase one at the drugstore and save your money for something else you want.Should i use bare minerals foundation or tInted moisturizer (good quality one like stila, clinique, etc.)?
i myself use untinted spf moisturizer (neutrogena), under bare minerals foundation and it works great.


why? because it moisturizer works well with that foundation and is good for the skin. im a freshman too with pale skin and it's all good.
well i use benefit's you rebel tinted moisturizer and i love it. but you might want to try you rebel lite. i think the bare minerals foundation would be okay on you though. it's very light and you might like that better.

I loveee Stila. Everything I've ever tried by them has impressed me. And while I'm also a fan of Clinique, I've never tried their liquid liner. I have tried Stila's, though, and my experience with it was really good. It never smudged, which I always have problems with since I have a big smile. :D I'd give it a try unless something convinces you otherwise.

I like Stila - I use their pressed powder and eye shadow. Not crazy about their lipsticks, though. One thing I don't like is that unless you pay extra for a container, their shadows come in cardboard boxes, which tend to fall apart after awhile. i think stila is good for lip gloss. not sure about eye products. i use the little rouge puts (blush) and it works good enough.
Tyra Banks had a whole show on make-up. They basically proved the cheap stuff from Walgreen's is just as good as Estee Lauder.
Best brand I ever found is the kind you buy at Sephora is the powder called iD Bare Minerals. It blends perfectly and makes your skin really soft.

Okay, so I went to Sephora today and saw STILA, OH EM GEE, I absolutely love it, especially their convertible color (lips, eyes, cheeks) and saw the price! O_O! Finding products ';cheap'; when they're actually on the expensive side, is usually a red flag because it's most likely used and/or a fake.





I suggest going on websites such as http://www.Makeupalley.com and http://www.specktra.net (Specktra is an amazing site!!) and look at their swaps. A lot of women (and men) will send their make-up they no longer want for a price or another product.





Stila is a pretty expensive company (more expensive than MAC) and you're not gonna find a genuine Stila product unless it's through a swap.

Stila Smudge pots work best with angled liner brushes.





Dip the brush into the pot and get a good amount on the brush, but deffinately not too much because the liner deffinately doesnt come off as easily as it goes on...





Anyways, use short strokes while applying the liner across your lashline with the brush.








Smudge Pots are also great for bases under shadow.

Also, you could just take a regular eyeliner pencil (not mechanical, the pencil you sharpen) and dip the tip of the pencil into the pot and then just draw a line on your lashline. get a professional eyeliner brush,liquid eyeliner brushes have a nice pointed sort of tip so it's easier to apply the eyeliner.i dont know what the brush it came with is like,but chances are it's a pretty crappy budget brush.Apply the liner as close to the lash line as you can,so you don't end up resembling marilyn manson.
when I first started using Stila Smudge Pots, I used an angled brush that I already had from Benefit. It works great, but recently I tried the brush that Stila recommends the # 32..the best eyeliner brush I have ever used, plus it has a smudging tip at the other end..it's like 2 brushes in one, which is great since it cost a lot. The best way is to start out with an angled brush, and start at the outer corner of your eye, making the line thinner as you work your way in using short strokes. Good luck! You could use an angled eye shadow brush and apply a small amount on the brush and then as close to the lash line apply thin strokes. Never tried this but it might work. Good luck.

MAC fluidline and Stila Smudge pots are near the same. Mac tends to last a little longer for eyes that tend to water. MAC also has a lot of colors to pick from.





I use MAC the most out of any products but if you want a Pot Liner that lasts long then I would recommend those made by Bobbi Brown. I do love my MAC but for weddings and proms I use the Bobbi Brown pot liners because they last the longest.MAC Fluidline -is it anything like the Stila Smudgepots?

I've never seen Stila at Heathrow. But if you wanted to be sure, there is a list of stores that are in Heathrow (link below), so you could always contact the cosmetics / duty free stores directly, or the airport's personal shopping service.





Stila has had some business troubles recently and was purchased by a private equity firm only a few weeks ago. That may explain why some stores are no longer stocking it (and why their summer product launch has been delayed). However if you're desperate to get hold of Stila products, try HQhair.com or else strawberrynet.com.

It all depends on the primer. If you have a good primer and are using a good brush then the color will stick and look nice so just get good eye primer and nice brushes and pick by color and type rather than brand.

it s special because the store is like amazing! and their eye shadows are deff worth the price! they are amazing and very highly pigmented also they stay on the whole day and look super good if you use a primer like UDPP or TF shadow insurance of fix plus
I've tried many eyeshadows before and I always go back to MAC. You get a lot of choices in color with MAC and you only need to use a little bit for it to show. It also doesn't feel heavy when you wear it all day. I have still been trying eyeshadows here and there, but still haven't found something that's comparable.





I watch a lot of youtube videos and read a lot of beauty blogs. No matter how much other people boast about how the product is comparable to MAC, I try it expecting it to be like MAC, and it's not. MAC is also special because they have a lot limited edition stuff. I don't have enough money to keep up with the limited edition products. I just limit myself to buy like 4 or 5 products a year.

I agree with apricot %26amp; tangerine but would also add peach, banana %26amp; starfruit to the list. If your lips are already well pigmented then starfruit may be a bit too much as it is a bit more pigmented than other lg's.

yes, i always wash the brush applicators with an antibacterial soap. it prevents bacterial buildup and is more sanitary than not cleaning them.Does the Stila Lip Glaze brush have to be cleaned?
You should wash all your frequently used brushes about one every two weeks to prevent bacteria build up.


Use a good cleanser (you don't need to go out and buy brush cleaning solution, something like baby shampoo works really well cause its gentle). Run your brush under running water, pour some shampoo onto the palm of you hand and lather the brush with the soap on your palm. After your brush is clean from the lather, run it under water again to rinse off the solution. Then, gently reshape the bristles and leave it to dry laying down (horizontally) on a flat surface. (make sure you don't get water on the ferrule of the makeup brush (the part where it connects to the brush handle) because getting it wet may cause the ferrule to break from the brush handle over time. (i'm sure many youtube users have videos on how to do this, for more visual learning =])

jennifer is on the money... yes clean it... antibacterial soap will work fine. any make up that comes in contact with bodily fluids such as lip products, liners, lipsticks, glosses, wands applicators, eye liners, mascara's etc. should be cleaned. as a make up artist I always have a small spritz bottle with 10:1 bleach water solution. your make up can grow bacteria and host viruses. it is very important to keep it clean as well as you re make up brushes. we call it healthy make up...lol...is also helps to unclog some applicators such as stila's lip glaze and others with similar applicators. its a good precaution , and remember to never share make up amongst others.

Stila Eyeshadow or Bare Minerals? Or a different brand from Sephora?

I have stila eyeshadows in cloud and coco and love them, and bare minerals foundation which I love too. However, I'm thinking of trying bare minerals eyeshadows and trying out a more natural look. How do you like Bare minerals? Do you like Stila better? How about other brands available from Sephora? What colors are your favorites and from which brand?


I have brown hair, green eyes, and medium skin. I usually wear brown, purple, or greyish eyeshadows. What other colors might I want to try out?

i love bare minerals shadows, you can layer, or blend them, or wear with glimmers, the possibilities are endless. i adore their liner shadows, they last really long. just go to sephora, or ulta, and try everything out, to see, how it looks on you, before spending your money.Stila Eyeshadow or Bare Minerals? Stila by far. Bare Minerals is easy but the color tones are so generic that they look decent but not amazing. Go to Sephora and have the Stila person do a mini makeover. They will suggest colors that look good - I have similar tones and wear a lot of silver with purple over it that the Stila guy at Sephora suggested and I love it!
I like Stila very much, other brand to try from Sephora are Nars, Smashbox, Shiseido, Laura Mercier(only some stores) and believe or not Clinique. They stay on pretty well and have a nice colors. For your green eyes colors would be nice are shades of purple, including purpulish pinks. Also Peach, green and shades of brown and gold. I would stay away from blues. Hope it helps.
if you like bright eyeshadows, Urban Decay has really bright ones, i have the purple one, it's very bold.

Where can i buy a stila smokey eye talking palette in the UK?

Its a 4 shade palette and if you push the button it tells you how to apply the eyeshadow in that style. Sadly stila cosmetics dont ship outside of the states. But i want it so bad i looked on Hq hair website and a little peep on ebay but i cant find it i want it in the greys and blacks i think its the platnium. thats the colours anyway.

i work in sephora and i must say stila, urban decay, nars and makeup forever have the best eyeshadows. stila also makes this really nice eyeliner that has eyeshadow on the other side and a smudger. its perfect to keep in ur bag and totally change ur look. and stila is well known for thier lip glosses, the shade that everyone loves and is their best selling is brown sugar.

Firstly I dont think of it as a name independent of the makeup company, (unlike Mercedes or Ariel for instance) and dont like to think of a child being named exclusively after a brand.





Secondly, I dont think it sounds very nice; a bit harsh and awkward sounding





Thirdly, I dont like the connotations in the way the name sounds;


Style-ah sounds like a parody of a shopping and brand obsessed 'Barbie' teen...bitchily snobbish, materialistic and insubstantial....not very nice!

Stila sounds too odd. I couldn't call someone that without being a little awkward. I think Stella sounds so much prettier. Then her nickname could be ';Stell.'; I know parents want to be super-unique with names, but you have to stop and think. Who does the name really affect? You, or your child? Stila is a very cute name. The only problem I would see is all the different ways people would try to pronounce it. One of my favorite names is the word Heaven spelled backwards. It is pronounced NEVAEH. Pronounced n short e v long a short e.
Well, the cuteness of the name depends on the person who gave it and given by it. If you think it's uniqueness applies to the personality of your baby then go ahead. It's your choice.

the eyeshadow pans or the smudge pots? the pans are about an inch and a quarter across, and i would say the smudge pots are the same size if not slightly smaller.

If you have extremely sensitive skin, I would recommend Clinique, all of their products are allergy tested and really great for sensitive skin. If not, I really like working with Stila tinted moisturizer. The illuminating tinted moisturizer is my favorite because the illuminating pigments leave your skin with a healthy glow. The SPF 15 is really nice and smooths and evens skin, and the SPF 30 offers just a -little- more coverage. So depending on what kind of look you're going for, Stila has some great options.

Try Sephora. It could have been a Limited time only product. A lot of make-up brand do that. It is so aggravating because I always fall in love with a product and then it's gone!
Check Nordstroms and bloomingdales on line.
The Stila and Sephora websites didn鈥檛 have anything near what you mentioned but searching for Stila A Polished Affair Mini Lip Polish Set BNIB on eBay might be the closest you鈥檒l get.


My personal guess is it was a special edition and they鈥檙e all gone. Hope this helped.

Stila also has an empty eyeshadow palette so it will definitely fit your Stila eyeshadows. I know that the Stila one only holds 3 and the Make Up Forever holds 10, is that why you want that one? It isn't oil-free.


I have tried it and I have oily skin, which made me break out.


Also, if you are prone to break outs, I wouldn't suggest it.


The tinted mosturizer isn't oil-free either.

What is a better make up foundation, mac or stila?

I have fair skin, rosey cheeks, but am recently noticing some darkness under my eyes. I don't ever really wear foundation, but am looking for something to even out my skin and reduce the darkness under my eyes.What is a better make up foundation, mac or stila?
I also have a problem with getting dark circles under my eyes.





The concealer that I use is MAC studio finish with SPF 35. It is AMAZING! and does wonders for getting rid of those dark spots.





I first learned about it from cosmo, where Carmen Electra recommended it. I've been using it for 3 years.

But not a powder foundation. Try a liquid one. It seems it would work the best for you.
i enjoy mac, it covers very well and it doesnt look fake. I have fair skin and sometimes makeups look too orange or red on me. i found that mac really makes it look quite natural.
